Official Duck Race Raffle Rules

1. A maximum of 35,000 tickets will be sold at $5.00 each.
2. Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Purchaser must be physically in the State of Oregon at the time of purchase.
4. Every ticket sold at theduckrace.com will be automatically entered into the raffle.
5. Winners will be randomly selected from tickets purchased at theduckrace.com.
6. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone, email, or in the media.
7. A lottery drawing will occur on September 10, 2023 @ 2PM.
8. Additional activities will be determined based on State of Oregon Health Authority guidelines.
